How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs for physical sticker orders are as follows:
- USA -- $1.50
- International -- $5.00
When will my order ship?
Current shipping times are set to 1 week, meaning your order will ship out within 1 week of when it was placed, and you will receive a shipping notification email when it does ship out!
Is there a tracking number for my order?
No. To keep shipping costs low, all stickers ship out as standard letters! This means there is no tracking number!
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
If you live in the USA, please give orders a full 3 weeks to arrive after they ship! If you're outside the USA, please give orders 8 weeks. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact me and I will send out a free replacement.
Will I have to pay any import or customs duties/taxes/charges?
International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to buying.
How do Digital Stickers work?
Digital stickers are located here! These are perfect for people with digital planners, or for those who want to print their stickers themselves! NO PHYSICAL STICKERS WILL BE SENT. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ALLOWED ON DIGITAL PURCHASES.
Upon purchase of a digital listing, you will receive an instant download with a ZIP file containing both the PNG and PDF sticker files. Open the ZIP file to reveal your files! These same files will also be sent to you via email so you can have them for future use.
I recommend using the PDF files for printing purposes (print at 100% size/scale to fit perfectly in an A5 journal!), and the PNG's for digital planning purposes. For creating your own cut files, I recommend sizing the PNG files to 4.728 x 7.664 inches in your cutting machine's software.
